Standard Treatment Guidelines and Essential Drugs Lists is a South African site with guidelines for primary health care level and hospital level for adults and pediatric patients. It is useful also here in Tanzania. Ministry of Health has published national guidelines, but they are not available online.
The latest WHO model list of essential drugs of this years is little wider than available in most hospitals, but you get good idea of what kind of drug selection you can expect to find in the hospitals.
