In the year 2002 LMH was using 100 beds most of the year. The number of admissions was 178 and number of outpatients was 1339. Schizophrenia was the most common diagnosis 139, followed by drug induced psychosis 50, epilepsy 39, mania 15, organic brain syndrome 27. Other cases were diagnosed only few.
Lutindi dispensary received 3434 new patients and 4285 reattendances. Mothers attended MCH 352 times and there were 29 deliveries in the clinic. 1257 children received vaccinations.
