The Hospital is located about 18 km east of Arusha town on the evergreen slopes of Meru mountain close to Marangu gate at an altitude of 1700 meters above sea level. Several busses and daladalas go daily from Arusha. Take the road to the left just after the first sign of Makumira. Tarmac road goes up to the hospital gate. 

The hospital has good accommodation and welcomes visitors.
